The 4½ Star Qualmark Venue offers a Ballroom, Exhibition Hall, Gallery, two Breakout rooms and a Board Room. Located in the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre's foyer is the Memorial Roll of Honour and Eternal Flame.
Our fine reputation has been built over a number of years on excellent customer service and a team of experienced and dedicated staff.
They are available to assist you in the planning of your event as well as being there on the day to ensure its success. An excellent range of audio-visual equipment is available to hire, with technical assistance if preferred.
Our Event Coordinators are also able to assist you with any additional information in respect to Napier and the surrounding region from accommodation, transport, and activities to organising a bouquet of flowers.
