Christchurch and Canterbury on show for Australians
| A group of Australian conference industry professionals recently visited the region, learning first-hand what it has to offer. They visited Christchurch, Pegasus, Waipara and Hanmer Springs. Another group is set to visit Christchurch and the Mt Cook Mackenzie region in late May. |

With two dynamic spaces – pre-function presentations in the auditorium and then a grand reveal to dinner on the stage, the experience is breath-taking and unexpected…. Here one of Cut the Mustard’s clients experienced just that for their surprise Awards Ceremony and Dinner at the St. James Theatre in Wellington. |
